生物活性

Shishijimicin C is a novel antitumor agent found from the Ascidian Didemnum proliferum. Shishijimicin C shows anti-tumor activity with highly potent cytotoxicities[1]. Shishijimicin C is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

(In Vitro)

Shishijimicin C (compound 3) (1.7-6.3 pg/mL) shows high cytotoxicity for 3Y1, Hela and P388 cells[1].
