Bumetanide D5 是 Bumetanide 的氘代物。Bumetanide 是一种 Na+-K+-Cl– 协同转运蛋白 1 (NKCC1) 抑制剂，对 NKCC2 的抑制作用较弱，对 hNKCC1A 和 hNKCC2A 的  IC50 值分别为 0.68 和 4.0 μM。
