Antipyrine-d3 (Phenazone-d3) is the deuterium labeled Antipyrine. Antipyrine (Phenazone) is an antipyretic and analgesic. Antipyrine can be used as a probe drug for oxidative drug metabolism. Antipyrine has been widely used in assessment of hepatic oxidative capacity[1][2].
