Napelline is an alkaloid extracted from Baikal aconite (Aconitum baikalensis). Napelline can be used for the research of inflammation, antiexudative and analgesic[1].

Napelline (0.025 mg/kg; adjuvant injection) exhibits the highest analgesic activities[1].
Napelline preventive treatment provides significant antiexudative effect. Napelline can have greater influence on the initial stages of inflammation[1].
