(In Vitro)

O-Nornuciferine has an IC50 of 7.91 μM in vitro hERG blockages measured in HEK293 cells[1].
O-Nornuciferine (100 μM) has 47% hERG channel inhibition in Xenopus oocytes by lotus alkaloids[1].
