(S)-Erypoegin K is a potent anticancer agent. (S)-Erypoegin K shows potent anti-proliferative activity against HL-60 cells. (S)-Erypoegin K induces apoptosis[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

(S)-Erypoegin K (0-1 µM; 48 h)shows potent anti-proliferative activity against HL-60 cells with an IC50 of 90 nM[1].
(S)-Erypoegin K (0.1, 0.5 µM; 24 h) induces marked activation of caspase-3 and −9 in HL-60 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner[1].
