生物活性

Shishijimicin A is a novel antitumor agent found from the Ascidian Didemnum proliferum. Shishijimicin A shows anti-tumor activity with highly potent cytotoxicities[1][2]. Shishijimicin A is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Shishijimicin A (compound 1) (0.47-2.0 pg/mL) shows high cytotoxicity for 3Y1, Hela and P388 cells[1].
Shishijimicin A (0.13-1000 nM) shows high cytotoxicity for MES SA, MES SA DX and HEK 293T cells[2].
