Suitable for the purification of many proteins that are associated with nucleic acids such as DNA/RNA polymerases, endo- and exonucleases and reverse transcriptases. Supplied as a dry powder. One gram of DNA-cellulose will swell to 3 – 4ml when fully hydrated.
